As well on my insight timer profile you can meditate with me for free. Interested in learning more about how to take yoga beyond the physical practice? This Hatha Flow yoga class will connect you to the energy of the moon. Which is a grounding, calming, and illuminating energy. Helping you to calm your mind, ground in your body and connect to your true Self.

Letting go of anything that has been holding you back, so that you can step into your true potential. We will balance Samana Vayu, which is a centering energy in the navel center. It will help you to connect to your innerwisdom. Located in the area of the digestive organs it helps us to digest anything, physical, but also thoughts, memories, and experiences that are not serving us anymore.

Phsycially we will focus on forward folding and twisting asanas, as well we practice meditation, Dirga Pranayama, Chandra Bhedana, and a Samana Vayu Kriya.

GROUND & LET GO

In this strong but grounding Hatha Moon practice, we will balance the energy of Apana Vayu - which will help you to let go of anything that isn't serving you anymore, will make you feel more grounded, and get a clear mind. We will be primarily twisting and forward folding. This Asana practice ends with breathwork and meditation.
